Regional Marketing Manager – Household Care, North America

As Regional Marketing Manager, you lead marketing in North America. You own the 4Ps, the 3Cs, launch new products, help develop our sales pipeline, and engage continuously with major CPG customers to build excitement around biological solutions that enable their brands to grow!
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
As a member of a highly motivated team, you will be the face of marketing for Novozymes before customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high impact customer touch points with storytelling and insights and be the expert for consumer needs/behavior, competition, and market forces. You will conduct analysis and deliver conclusions around market sizes, quantify market forces, and deliver specific recommendations towards growth. You will design sales and marketing collateral for high-impact messaging and develop regional product launch strategies. You will conduct regional pricing / segmentation analysis and deliver recommendations and partner with sales team to ensure strong and clean opportunity pipeline and own CRM system. You will also be responsible for support excellent sales & opportunity execution.
The Household Care Business manufactures and sells biological solutions for applications ranging from consumer & industrial laundry, medical device cleaning, to consumer & industrial dish washing.
In this position you need:
•M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree, MBA preferred
•Proven track record of success in marketing, business development, consulting, or sales
•Minimum 5-10 years of relevant job experience, preferably in enzymes or biotechnology or technical industry
•Excellent customer presence and presentation skills
•Ability to conduct data analysis / modeling and generate consumer/customer insights
•Master of PowerPoint for impressive presentations and Excel for data analysis
•Willingness to travel up to 25% and to relocate to North Carolina (Raleigh area)
•Experience with consumer insights related to CPG/FMCG a plus
