The Regional Marketing Manager will report into the Erenumab HCP Marketing Director and be responsible for creating and executing the regional thought leader (KOL) engagement strategy for erenumab pre & post approval.
Identify and develop strong relationships with national, regional, and community level OL influencers within your region.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute the OL engagement strategy and identify regional, and community level commercial initiatives.
Attendance and insight collection from pertinent national, regional, and local level conferences and symposium.
Partner with advocacy to execute a the national and regional Opinion Leader engagement plan
Support the execution of the “best in class” promotional speaker bureau by working with the Sr Marketing Manager in development of OL faculty to create innovative speaker content, support the training of new new speakers, thus increasing the effectiveness and compliance of peer to peer promotional efforts.
Align with the brand to support the execution of national, regional, and community advisory boards to inform commercial strategy and tactics.
Prospect 2nd tier thought leaders and build a bench of “up and coming” regional OLs.
Identify and develop relationships with regional migraine centers of excellence to cultivate access, value and practice efficiencies across the region
Travel up to 50% of the time and may include weekends.
Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or sales experience OR
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or sales experience OR
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of marketing or sales experience
•Previous or current marketing, sales training, or sales leadership experience
•Previous experience in the neuroscience or migraine marketplaces
•Cross functional strategic decision making and communication
•Ability to lead without authority
•Deep clinical acumen/passion for science
