Job description
  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives in assigned geography for Saudi Arabia 
  • Responsibility also includes the sales and promotion of all company products 
  • Maintains a productive and compliant working relationship with key decision makers, administrators, state CAC members, etc. 
  • Develop strategically targeted account- specific business plans that reflect an in-depth understanding of local market forces 
  • Effectively manage time, resources and workload 
  •  Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities 
  • Demonstrate strong analytical acumen to ensure the appropriate focus is placed in the right areas of the market 
  • Demonstrate ability to adjust to changing strategies to support corporate and/or brand while maintaining the highest level of performance

  • Master’s degree in healthcare, science or the equivalent thereof 
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales, sales management and/or account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with biotech or specialty care experience preferred 
  • Knowledge of genetics is preferred 
  • Proven track record for delivering consistent sales results 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team oriented, cross-functional environment while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit, on a consistent basis 
  • Willingness to travel: Job requires travel within the territory and to other company  locations worldwide 
  • Ability to develop and grow strong professional relationships
