LEO Pharma is facing extensive growth the coming years so we have an exciting strategy and run projects that support and develop an organisation of almost 5.000 employees in more than 60 countries.About the jobAs part of our Regional IT team you will be in charge of the IT assets and contracts management for our head office in Denmark and our affiliates in the region International, covering around 40 countries outside Europe.Your role will consist of: Asset ManagementGuaranty the respect of Global IT Standard policy for IT assets such as PC, printers, mobile devices, across the regionManage IT assets according to lifecycle and stock levels defined by Global IT from procurement to disposal Contract ManagementManage local contract for local applications, as well as telephony, land line and mobileBudget managementFollow up on local site and regional budgetControl IT spend within the regionAssist the Regional IT manager in building and consolidating Regional IT budgetPO RequisitionPlace and follow up all the IT PO s for the regionWe expect you to haveBachelor in Computer science, Finance, or equivalent, with 3 to 5 years  experience delivering services in above competencies, you understand finance concept and accounting. You are fluent in written and spoken English and have experience in working in a cross cultural environment and on different organisational levels.Advanced to expert level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, you use to deal with large amounts of data, including interpretation and presentation. You are familiar with ITIL processes and ideally have some knowledge using our IT service management tool ServiceNow .Knowing software contracts and licensing terminology, you also have commercial behavior and experience in managing suppliers and vendors as well as good communication skills.You have the ability and comfort in making decisions alone and being accountable for them.We offerAn exciting and challenging environment alongside a good work life balanceSkilled and fun colleagues in an informal IT organisation.The position is located in Ballerup (Denmark) and refers to our Regional IT Director, Bruno Duplaix.Start: As soon as possible
