  Job Description : 
  •  This role will mainly deal with two aspects of the Company’s tax positions.
  •  First, this role will deal with the transfer pricing policies of the Company at a worldwide level and will be a relevant part in making sure company complies with BEPS’ best practices. 
  • And second, this role will be actively engaged in monitoring the tax provision for direct tax purposes for the EMEA region.

Main responsibilities:
  This role will be a relevant part of the European Tax Team supporting it on the following two areas:
  • Preparation of transfer pricing documentation in line with the international guidelines 
  • Preparation of benchmarking and economic analyses for various types of transactions; 
  • Analysis of the value chain in view of the establishment of the most appropriate transfer pricing structure for the business; 
  • Assistance in obtaining advanced pricing agreements, in transfer pricing audits and in arbitration or mutual agreementprocedure 
  • Calculating and monitoring the tax provision (current and deferred taxation) 
  • Control tax payments and their forecasts 
  • Monitoring return to provision (RTP) true ups 
  • VAT questions arising from the Company’s daily operative   
  • Regarding this area, this role will interact constantly with the Finance Team  being the following aspects required:    
  • Coordinate and provide guidance to Financial Controller ship in our  Shared Services Center (SSC) relating to direct and indirect tax issues concerning all jurisdictions in the EMEA region. 
  • Provide periodical training on tax topics (direct and indirect taxation) 
  • Address tax questions from other departments that may arise from time to time  


 Education and Experience:   
  • Law, Business Administration or Economy University background - Master degree in Tax would be a plus 
  • 3 to 6 year experience in taxes (Big Four or Tax department of MNE) 
  • Good transfer pricing knowledge including major benchmarking databases (Amadeus, BvD, Onesource, etc) 
  • Good CIT and VAT experience (deferred taxation and intra EU transactions, triangulation, etc.) 
  • Good concepts of international taxation 
  • Good tax accounting knowledge 
  • Microsoft office (especially proficiency in excel) 
  • SAP, HFM and One-source knowledge will be a plus

Communication Requirements: 
  • Fluent in English - at least CEFR C1 level. Any other European language would be a plus 
  • Strong communication and soft skills 
  • Ability to deal with an international environment
