Project Description

  • Understanding of the market access environment in covered regions.
  • Mapping the HC decision making process       
  • Handling process of regional reimbursement and hospital listing (dossier design, timing), new programs initiation for focused products: neurology, allergology and vascular diseases treatment       
  • Experience of working in the stakeholder environment and understanding their decision-making process       
  • Implementation of innovative MA technologies to shape the region environment and increase access of the patients to company’s products in the covered territories       
  • Understanding of main players/distributors in state segment (reimbursement and hospital)       
  • Maintaining of existed sales level for the established products       

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics, or Biology       
  • Min 5 years’ experience on Pharma market (as regional commercial manager, key account manager), 2 years as an access manager)  
  • Knowledge of the region access market (prior experience of working with the Ministries of Health       
  • Experience in access activities on regional levels (federal level is a big advantage)       
  • Examples of successful launch of regional programs  Experience in commercial activities/interactions/partnering with distributors       

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with external clients (multi-stakeholders communication)       
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills       
  • Developed knowledge of MA principles/approaches       
  • Strong cross-collaboration skills       
  • Project management skills
