Your Responsibilities:

  • Support software and system development projects for successful completion in time, cost and quality
  • Support for software and system development by quality metrics definition and automatic retrieval
  • Define and implement Quality Plans for software and system development projects
  • Organize and execute internal audits for software development processes
  • Active support of corrective and preventive measures including root cause analysis
  • Support the continuous improvement of software and system development processes
  • Review, update and further development of quality management system documentation related to software and system development processes
  • Coordination and execution of quality assurance awareness activities

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed technical studies; SW engineering studies, an advantage; specific technical studies in the field of quality assurance, an advantage
  • At least five years professional experience; previous experience as software developer, an advantage
  • At least three years professional experience in a quality management or quality assurance role with focus on software and system product or project development; previous experience as SW or system quality engineer in regulated environments (e.g. pharma, medical devices, aerospace, automotive, railways, etc), an advantage
  • Knowledge of IEEE 12207/ASPICE/CMMI or similar standards and quality models for SW product development; previous experience as internal auditor for IEEE 12207/ASPICE/CMMI or similar, an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, including leadership and persuasion abilities
  • Previous experience defining and monitoring SW and systems quality metrics, an advantage
  • High customer orientation and supportive personality
  • Knowledge of Project Management methodologies like PMI, an advantage
  • Very good computer skills; programming skills, an advantage
  • Fluent German and English in both oral and written; experience writing procedures in English, an advantage
