Job Description/Tasks & Responsibilities

Purpose of the job:

The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance department. 

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Record Retention/Archival

The primary role of the QA Coordinator is to be responsible for supporting the QA, Record Retention Department. 

The QA Coordinator will support Record Retention by working as a team to maintain DHRs, which may include:

Must have keen attention to detail. 
Must be well organized. 
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
Must understand and be proficient with the MS Office Software. 
Must have the ability to communicate effectively, which includes proficient communication skills written and verbal.
Exercise sound judgment regarding appropriate responses and escalating issues when necessary
Have a flexible approach - able to think “outside of the box” in developing proactive solutions for resolving issues or for continual improvement 

Experience:
Administrative experience is a plus.  Experience in Medical Device  industry is preferred.

Education:
Must have a High School diploma. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
