Quality Assistant
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Provide Administrative Support for Department (20%)
    • Staff meetings, calendar, travel, general support for Marketing Director
    • POs/contracts, etc. for team
    • Overseas travel for managers/associates
    • Meeting support for directors, and large meeting support for managers
  • Lilly China Digital Governance Council (15%)
    • Create and maintain intranet site
    • Support director to develop agenda, work with presenters for pre-reads and post agendas / minutes to intranet site, track progress of action items
    • Oversee training execution
  • Digital Content support (35%)
    • Content plan tracking for digital team solutions
    • Content uploading to material approval system
    • Content loading to digital solution systems
  • Internal Communication Plan for Digital Solutions (15%)
    • Develop and oversee implementation of internal communication plan for digital solutions
    • Work with digital team to develop contents
  • Metrics and Reporting- assist team to update dashboards for EMBU and China (5%)
  • Ensure administrative processes are appropriately executed - serve as a resource to the team, explain corporate and departmental procedures (5%)
  • Monitor and track departmental budget for each director (5%)
Required knowledge and skills:
Core requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Required English level--Business fluency in speaking, reading and writing
  • Previous business support experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Analytical skill
  • Self-motivated and diligent

  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player

Competencies preferred:
  • Experience with maintaining intranet sites and technology savvy
