At our world class facility in Elphinstone, Tranent (close to Edinburgh), our Project Coordination Department currently has an exciting career opportunity for a Project Coordinator.

Due to our continued growth and success, we can offer rewarding opportunities in a research environment.  Working as a Project Coordinator, you’ll join a team within the department and following training, will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial revenue forecasting and revenue recognition of scientific projects.


Duties and responsibilities include:-

·         Working with our Enterprise Resource Planning system - SAP.

·         Reviewing scientific scopes of work, protocols and contracts, to build financial study designs in SAP.

·         Maintaining study schedules, updating study designs in SAP and releasing invoicing milestones.

Applicants should have:-

·         Good numeracy and literacy skills to understand financial data as well as scientific protocols and amendments.

·         Experience of working with Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.

·         Good organizational and communication skills.

·         Experience of working in an office environment.

·         A degree, or a minimum of several Highers, or equivalent.
