LEO Pharma has embarked on a very exciting journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology partner. As part of this we are implementing SAP throughout the global organisation. This is a very large programme consisting of multiple projects requiring solid process governance to succeed. That is why we need you to join our Portfolio Office as our administrative anchor point. The position is temporary ending 1 January 2019 with ample opportunities for extension.

The position will cover almost any thinkable administrative task in a successful international company. You will:
Mature personality with solid experience as Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a mature and seasoned personality with the experience to keep calm when charged with multiple tasks and deadlines. As such, you must bring solid experience from a similar role and be used to handling your tasks independently. You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office programs, and if you do not have experience with SAP, you are familiar with similar systems, e.g. in relation to travel administration.
Since you will be working in a very dynamic company, you must thrive on creating results in an environment with on-going changes. You are visible and have a positive and open-minded personality founded on your service-minded attitude – you simply like to help people around you. As all communication is in English, you must have a solid command of English, written and spoken.
Your new team
You will join a newly established team. Our focus is to deliver top-class administrative and process related services to colleagues and external consultants working in LEO Pharma’s global and business critical SAP Transformation Programme. We are based at the LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
