The position is for an Associate Technician to work in the Equipment Prep/Stabilizer Prep suite of the Vaccine Manufacturing Facility in Durham, NC. The position entails cleaning, building and sterilizing components for Equipment Prep, Media Prep, Filling, Cap and Inspect. Working in conjunction with all appropriate personnel, this individual will perform manual and automated operations, general production support and process support functions as necessary for the production of sterile media and components used in the manufacturing of vaccines.
Education Minimum Requirement:
A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
Required Experience and Skills:
•Experience in a GMP facility
•Ability to work a 2-2-3 night shift schedule
•Strong communication skills
•Can work independently or within groups

•Self-motivated to maintain 100% training status
•Ability to train others
•Recognizes problems and uses existing procedures to assess solutions
•Capable of forming a clear problem statement
•Performs tasks and transactions independently with minimal assistance
