Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced a Production Supervisor for our Microbial Solutions site.
  • The Production Supervisor will perform/lead production related activities pertaining to the manufacturing of analytical diagnostic reagents including training and production scheduling of personnel and activities for a group of approximately 10-15 direct reports. 
  • The Supervisor will be recognized as the subject matter expert for equipment, documentation, company ways of working, etc. within the specified area of responsibility and will be responsible for coaching / mentoring of direct reports as well as preparing annual performance reviews.

Qualifications
The following are minimum requirements related to the Production Supervisor position.
  •   Bachelor’s degree (preferably in biology, chemistry, engineering, life science)
  •   Minimum of 5 years related experience in and/or training in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
  •   An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience requirements.
