Product Marketing Manager
  • Market based Product Life Cycle Management for a defined product portfolio with focus on Segmentation, Positioning and Differentiation. 
  • Develops and executes Marketing plan in the segment. Plans activities and marketing actions with the countries to support the market penetration 
  • Assures product evaluation during clinical testing, makes product ready for market 
  • Launches responsibility. Plans and manages cross functional implementation of new products 
  • Assumes active role/position in sales support by frequent interaction with customers in the market 
  • Product growth responsibility. Increases demand by developing marketing strategy and manages marketing programs which grow sales, enhances sales by development and implementation of sales tools eg. Value proposition and TTT Target and Strategy meeting 
  • Ensures knowledge transfer in the EMEA organisation and guarantee flow of information (product pack product information brochures and presentation materials; training concept for sales forces, go to market strategy 
  • Deep segment knowledge. Developes, maintains, analyses and shares market intelligence information to increase deep knowledge. 
  • Developes and supports network of experts and advocates; coordinates scientific activities to increase & support scientific evidence for our products 
  • Coordinates live workshops & supports main EMEA congresses 

  • Preferable Master of Business Administration 
  • Degree in the field of medical technology or business studies with focus on Marketing 
  • Experience levels 
  • Marketing Specialist, International Product Management 
  • Gained professional experience in marketing and product management for several years 
  • Navision (basic knowledge) 
  • Specialist knowledge in marketing 
  • Expert level of general marketing knowledge 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Medical and technical knowledge in terms of product application on an expert level 
  • Presentation techniques
