  Your Responsibilities:  
  • Participate in the development of the European product and marketing strategy for OR Integration products                             
  •  Manage the product life cycle of OR Integration products                             
  • Develop and implement initiatives that will have a positive impact on your products’ sales growth                             
  • Monitor the results of your products’ sales performance                            
  • Assist in uncovering customer needs                            
  • Assess the competition                             
  • Act as communication interface between customers, national sales organizations and global product research and development                             
  • Participate in internal training as well as training's for customers                             
  • Organize international events and congresses                             
  • Interact and communicate in cross-functional teams                              



 Your Qualifications:   
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with focus on Medical Engineering or Engineering                             
  • Thorough knowledge of and experience in marketing as well as understanding of the B2B market                             
  •  General understanding of standards and regulations applying to the medical field (e.g. IEC60601, ISO80001, MDD, MDR) preferred                             
  • Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills                             
  • Fluency in English and German; additional language beneficial                             
  •  Excellent planning and organizational talents                             
  • Strong results-driven work style and business-oriented mindset                             
  •  Profound communication skills                            
  • Willingness to travel within Europe
