ResponsibilitiesDrives motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle and launch meetings)Develops and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan Designs and executes promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messagesDevelops LRP with Business PlannerProposes national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District ManagersPartners with international PMTranslates/implements international brand campaign locallyAnalyses market research and develops POACoordinates competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plansPartners with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimise the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)Agrees with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projectsRecruits and manages external vendorsIdentifies business opportunities and develops business casesQualificationsThe knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.Minimum Requirements 5 to 8 years of experience in industry1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales RepresentativePrevious experience as a Product Manager is a plusFluency in English, both oral and written communicationsFinancial and budgeting skills and experienceDocumented track record of product launchComputer skills (MS Office programs)Preferred RequirementsOncology/Hematology Experience or Specialty Area
