We are seeking a highly-motivated Pharmacist to join our 503B Human Drug Outsourcing Facility.As a Pharmacist, you will:Review medication orders for accuracy and appropriatenessFormulate new compounded productsDirectly supervise all compounding and aseptic personnelEnsure performance standards in accordance with pharmacy job descriptionsAnswer customers' questionsAnswer clinical questions from health care providersAssure adequate control and documentation of controlled substances, per state and DEA regulationsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures that apply to pharmacy servicesEnsure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulationsMaintain established proceduresFollow procedures regarding medication storage and preparation areas throughout the pharmacyCompound medications/IVsMaintain pharmacy files, charge system, and inventoryFollow all State and Federal guidelines for quality and safety in the preparation of sterile compounded medications Set yourself apart You possess the following qualifications, background and abilities:B.S. or PharmD. degree from an accredited Pharmacy School2 years related experience in Sterile CompoundingExperience in Retail and/or hospital environmentCurrent/clear Kansas pharmacist licenseMust have knowledge of principles, theories and laws, policies and procedures relating to pharmacy operationsTeam leadership or management experience is an assetTechnical ability, analytical ability, and decisive judgmentSelf-motivated and take initiativeTeamplayerAbility to maintain a strong work ethic and be efficient in their workA positive and supportive attitude What s on offer?
