  • We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Lead for our IT site.
  • The OCM Lead is responsible for assessing change management needs and implementing plans to ease the organization through various global IT projects.
  •  The OCM Lead will recommend and implement tools and technologies to support change management initiatives, lead multiple OCM projects, including complex global initiatives, and develop a changes management strategy, incorporating necessary change and/or global impacts into core approach/methodology as appropriate for projects based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change. 



Requirements:
The following are minimum requirements related to the Organizational Change Management Lead position. 
  • Bachelor s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in computer science, organizational behavior, business administration or related discipline. MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 6+ years related experience in IT and program / project management with minimum 4 years  experience in Change Management for highly-complex and integrated applications and environments. 
  • Strong track record of successfully delivering large, complex programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects that span across locations and/or functions with demonstrated track record of planning and coordinating.
  • Excellent knowledge of standard change management tools and Software/Solution Development Lifecycles required.
