Responsibilities The main objective of this role is to perform order processing functions such as picking, packing and shipping criti- cal clinical trial finished goods (CTFG) through the K401 Zone-1 Distribution Hub to domestic and international Clinical Test Sites, depots and hubs.Key Responsibilities:Unload, put-a-way, pick, pack and ship CTFG s. This includes interaction with warehouse management system via a hand held RF device. Pack orders following strict validated packing requirementsComply with FDA, GMP, GDP, DOT, IATA, TSA, C-TPAT and OSHA requirementsEnsure training plan is current and completeUnderstand and accurately follow corporate and departmental SOP s, local and federal laws and regula- tions, Lilly RedBook, CIA and operational qualifications related to operator roleActively adhere and participate safety programs and policies within the area of responsibility.Constantly look for areas of improvement in safety, compliance, data accuracy and productivityOther Responsibilities:Waving of work to the Distribution Operations TeamFacility maintenanceOrdering of warehouse consumablesSpecial ProjectsStickering of productCycle CountingSSS ProcessesDestruction Cage 33994BR Basic Qualifications High school diploma/GEDCompletion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable.Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
