Oncology Sales Specialist
The Oncology Sales Specialist will be responsible for the promotion, sales and continuous support of company products while achieving all territory sales goals in a compliant manner:


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, medical staff and health care professionals in offices, hospitals and clinics to promote and support Company products 
  • Provide approved messaging and product information to key decision makers and stakeholders within the oncology setting 
  • Demonstrates effective territory management and selling competencies 
  • Appropriately address customer needs and deliver on sales targets 
  • Demonstrate value of our products 
  • Maintain high knowledge levels of product, competitor and market information 
  • High level of understanding of commercial and government reimbursements within the territory 
  • Develop ongoing business plans for the territory 
  • Complete timely and accurate administrative tasks including call reporting, expense reporting, compliance submissions 
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and follows company’s guidelines 
  • Represent our company  in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner  


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Two years prior successful specialty pharmaceutical sales experience 
  • Previous experience selling in a hospital environment a plus 
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with doctors, nurses and medical staff 
  • Ability to manage time effectively 
  • Strong presentation skills including the use of an iPad 
  • Travel required and may include overnights within assigned territory 
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license that is in good standing with the State in which it was issued
