Answer phones, dealing with mails & Packages (receiving and delivering);Maintain office supplies of stationery and daily supplies (Including arranging the business card printing);Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs;Manage the sample warehouse, keep it organized and clean;Assist with new employee on-boarding preparation;Make record & scan copy of all the invoice and deliver to related person; Coordinate and maintain the whole office IT system with IT outsource company and IT in HQ;Fill out monthly HSE Report;Make arrangements for visitors, in both logistic and accommodation; (Hotel & Car booking).Organize office events, meetings, etc;Other Ad hoc assignments as see necessary Qualifications More than 5 years  working experience in Admin field, working experience in rep. office is preferred.Good communication skillGood spoken & written in English and MandarinPositive, independent, proactive and international mindedHighly responsible and self-initiative and a good team player Experience Experienced
