Project Description

  • Answer phones, dealing with mails & Packages (receiving and delivering);
  • Maintain office supplies of stationery and daily supplies (Including arranging the business card printing);
  • Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs;
  • Manage the sample warehouse, keep it organized and clean;
  • Assist with new employee on-boarding preparation;
  • Make record & scan copy of all the invoice and deliver to related person; 
  • Coordinate and maintain the whole office IT system with IT outsource company and IT in HQ;
  • Fill out monthly HSE Report;
  • Make arrangements for visitors, in both logistic and accommodation; (Hotel & Car booking).
  • Organize office events, meetings, etc;
  • Other Ad hoc assignments as see necessary 

  • More than 5 years  working experience in Admin field, working experience in rep. office is preferred.
  • Good communication skill
  • Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin
  • Positive, independent, proactive and international minded
  • Highly responsible and self-initiative and a good team player
