- Answer phones, dealing with mails & Packages (receiving and delivering);
- Maintain office supplies of stationery and daily supplies (Including arranging the business card printing);
- Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs;
- Manage the sample warehouse, keep it organized and clean;
- Assist with new employee on-boarding preparation;
- Make record & scan copy of all the invoice and deliver to related person;
- Coordinate and maintain the whole office IT system with IT outsource company and IT in HQ;
- Fill out monthly HSE Report;
- Make arrangements for visitors, in both logistic and accommodation; (Hotel & Car booking).
- Organize office events, meetings, etc;
- Other Ad hoc assignments as see necessary
- More than 5 years’ working experience in Admin field, working experience in rep. office is preferred.
- Good communication skill
- Good spoken & written in English and Mandarin
- Positive, independent, proactive and international minded
- Highly responsible and self-initiative and a good team player
