About the Role
 
You will:   
  • Act as the local OE coordinator and co-facilitate strategic reviews with European and regional management teams. 
  • Manage functional & process questions raised by local employees, connect with external vendors where required and communicate solutions 
  • Provide regional business requirements to the European CLRM and Reporting teams. 
  • Manage the local Incentive Compensation process in cooperation with a central team 
  • Monitor & Maintain Health Care Organization & Account data quality. Support the Data Privacy and Consent Management process. 
  • Request new users and assign access rights and manage territory structures of customer facing teams 
  • Test and train new CLRM releases, new users onboarding across the relevant applications. 
  • Analyse & monitor user adoption and drive local actions with European and regional teams 
  • Support deployment & maintenance of the OmniChannel Program, for a broad range of communication channels towards our customers. 
  • Act as data coordinator for customer segmentation and marketing content services. Interface for Event Management processes with the regional marketing organization 
  • Be an active contributor in the European OE Solutions & Engagement networks. And a regional coordinator for localisation of European communications linked to projects  



About You
 
You should:   
  • Have a BBA/MBA study degree and management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical devices industry 
  • CRM System & Business Process knowledge and understanding 
  • Be able to drive change management with aability to handle risk and uncertainty. Working in a cross functional international context, 
  • Have ddemonstrated project management skills 
  • Be solution oriented, innovative and creative with focus on delivering customer value impact 
  • Have a willingness to travel

  • Report directly to the global CLRM Program Lead, be the key connector between the European OE organization and the regional organization. 
  • Work within a diverse and interesting scope which connects with all operational parts of our customer facing organization. 
  • And be accountable for the integration, execution, evaluation and optimisation of various European OE initiatives within the local business environments. 
  • Be the key person for strengthening end user adoption for the various OE initiatives across our customer facing teams and support units in collaboration with line management. 
  • Contribute to European system, tool and process optimisations as a member of a European team of Solutions Managers and have significant interaction with stakeholders.
