The NAV Support Specialist is responsible of the Level 1 North American services & support to our clients (internal & external) to ensure that service levels are achieved and customer expectations are met or exceeded. The NAV Support Specialist is further responsible for meeting and exceeding expectations in regards to performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks and that standards and processes are followed to provide effective customer service and meet requirements. In addition, the NAV Support Specialist works closely with the Application Managers and Developers to assure a seamless transition to Level 2 support and to assure the continuous improvement of the Application.

Oversees 100% of the North American NAV service requests, incidents and problems
Solves and coordinates support requests and supports the escalation process
Determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers
Collaborates closely with Application Managers and Developers to resolve support requests
Develop an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer NAV support in the organization
Conduct system test to ensure functionality and data are as expected
Support end user training and provide go-live support
Support and operation of current application infrastructure (NAV, Qklikview, BizTalk, …) and systems portfolio
Education :
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with concentration in information technology, business, or finance with a focus on ERP Systems
Microsoft Dynamics NAV certifications are a plus
Industry/Product Knowledge Required :

Healthcare, Medical Retail, Retail multi-unit location, preferred
Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consulting background
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Qlikview is beneficial
Skills/Abilities :

Must have a passion/commitment for Customer Support and outstanding Service
Must be an outstanding and self-motivated individual, with good excellent collaboration skills
Ability to self- manage, organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge within Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016 (or higher) in finance, sales, purchase and marketing
Strong analytical skills, business analysis, creative problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Must speak English fluently, other languages would be beneficial but certainly not critical
US citizen or Green Card holder
