Project Description

  •  Manage auto OEMs and translate the needs of the customers into business opportunities 
  •  Formulate and execute operational marketing plan for new business development in assigned parameters 

Main Responsibilities: 
  •  Manage country OMP (operational marketing plan) process and support the Global Marketing Manager in the analysis, development and implementation of business plans and marketing strategies 
  •  Drive innovation, new product or application development and manage new product launch campaigns in the country in close cooperation with the customer technical service, product management and sales teams 
  •  Lead through the process of new business development, and work closely with the sales, R&T and CTS (customer technical service) team to develop prospective customers and grow market share and turnover particularly in new products and applications 
  • Lead OEM management locally, by promoting new application and innovation, identifying new project info and 
  • potential tiers, facilitating material homologations & part approval, and coordinating global projects 
  •  Participate and contribute in global/regional projects, and other relevant activities

  •  A minimum of Degree educated with 5 years of experience with a mix of technical and commercial backgrounds in an automotive environment
  •  Experience of project management and transversal organisations
  •  Good global vision and the ability to work fluidly with other cultures
  •  Good technical and sales/marketing skills with an in-depth knowledge of the Auto market, rules and drivers.
  •  Self-starter, who is highly motivated by developing new opportunities 
  • Result oriented with strong collaborative spirit
