Your tasks and responsibilities
  • challenge and drive all Pharma businesses to increase the adoption of the MCM strategy, and the degree of the implementation of the tactics in relation to  defined brand strategies 
  • develop a multichannel strategy to create an impact on the different business unit product teams  

What are your tasks and responsibilities? 
  • co-develop and challenge the MCM strategy within the integrated brand plans in order to fully integrate MCM on all levels of the brand plan. 
  • This of course with a clear focus on defining the appropriate content and channel mix (“connecting the dots”) to achieve the pre-defined goals and corresponding KPI’s and continuously challenge the status quo
  • take responsibility and ownership in actively proposing, defining, implementing and optimizing our quarterly strategic plans / campaigns within all Pharma Marketing & Sales organizations 
  • take co-responsibility in defining and achieving the KPI’s of the different MCM campaigns 
  • involve all relevant internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, HCP’s, Legal, Medical, Training, Communications) in order to create awareness and alignment around MCM campaigns 
  • actively connect with Sales & Medical to experience and check company's current  customers journey, to check enrollment of current MCM campaigns within this journey and to explore new possibilities 
  • advise Marketing in setting-up internal and external (HCP’s and patients) co-creation initiatives, to generate valuable and relevant content and to generate (new) channel concepts 
  • provide internal and external MCM best practices, trends and insights and organize appropriate MCM knowledge transfer across all Pharma divisions
  • be the key contact person regarding MCM towards Global and other company divisions

Who you are
  • Minimum a Bachelor degree with 3 years hands-on MCM experience 
  • proven project management experience and change management skills
  • able to translate strategy and concepts into tactics
  • customer journey focus  and trends and innovation spotter 
  • gets energy from challenging the status quo and continuous improvement  
  • loves Metrics / KPI’s 
  • has knowledge of CRM systems
  • able to convince people, strong communication and presentation skills 
  • sharing/co-creation spirit 
  •  excellent knowledge of Dutch, English and French in word and writing  
  • customer focused and able to manage complexity
