The Field Director will be located in Northeast Region of the US and will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction to MSLs in order to achieve performance objectives and for overseeing the MSL Team in cultivating current and future thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine at the local, regional, and national levels in the field of neurology. The Field Director is also responsible for the execution of all efforts, initiatives and activities as well as development for the MSLs on the team.
The Primary focus of the Field Director will be to create and execute short & long term regional medical plans, oversee relationships with key accounts in region with a solid understanding of regional/national competitive landscape. The Field Director will also establish individual goals and strategy for MSLs, maintain & manage budgets, plan and execute regional meetings as well as participate in development and implementation of medical strategies, while acting as key member of cross member US Medical team to develop and drive medical strategy and tactics.
