 Description:
The main purpose of the job is to support the medical affairs business at National level on company hematology products in order to achieve successfully individual objectives as well as the organization's business goals within compliance and legal requirements and company policy.



Duties and Responsibilities 
  •  Detecting clinical development opportunities for company products and knowledge generation about the ONCOHAEMATOLOGY therapeutic area to share and evaluate with the Medical Director  
  •  Evaluation of projects proposed locally being studies or not (laboratory, technology?) and evaluate with the Medical Director  
  •  Follow up and tracking of projects implementation in particular on HEMATOLOGICAL setting, support to the medical director for the oncohaematology projects  
  •  Follow up of ISTs and Company clinical studies in the centers of their area in coordination with CRO in accordance with compliance rules   
  •  Conducts peer-to-peer robust scientific dialogue with external experts to generate insights regarding the place of company  medicines in a broader context, in particular on HAEMATOLOGICAL pipeline  
  •  Planning and development of meetings and presentations in particular on HAEMATOLOGICAL pipeline (support to Medical Director)  
  •  Active participation as scientific support in any local meeting with HCPs on HAEMATOLOGICAL pipeline, in particular  
  •  May facilitate, present at or otherwise participate in company sponsored meeting and Advisory Boards when necessary (focus on HAEMATOLOGICAL pipeline ? support on Haematology meetings if required)  
  •  Support the medical director in building up and maintenance of a network of local KOLs that may influence on decisions and be advocates of our products based on reliable scientific data on HAEMATOLOGICAL pipeline  
  •  Communication of product data (launches, new indications, new published clinical evidences?) to KOLs in their area in accordance with compliance SOPs.  
  •  Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics   
  •  Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines  
 


Requirements
  •  Office based  
  •  Medical doctor or scientific degree  
  •  Hematological background (clinical experience and-or past pharma company experience)  
  •  IT user  
  •  Fluent in English
