Mechanical Reliability Engineer II, Supply Operations, Franklinton, NC
As a member of the Supply Operations Maintenance Team you will be a developing technical leader within your area responsible for performance and improvements. You will act as a reliability expert within Supply Execution and actively promote a reliable of equipment. Your duties will require you to drive improvements in the financial outlook of NZ through the use of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, schedule adherence and reliability tools to maintain reliability of equipment.
- Independently identify and lead improvements
- Equipment efficiencies
- Reliability programs
- Sponsor global investment applications
- Develop increasing insight into other areas.
- Lead new equipment implementations
- Lead local projects/initiatives
- Develop thorough technical knowledge of NZ equipment and technologies within area
- Optimize reliability of process flow, equipment, and process control systems
- Develop and maintain a global network in regards to reliability initiatives and maintenance best practices
BS or MS in Engineering with 5+/3+ years related experience
Have demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills and ability to interface effectively with diverse groups
Have visual acuity and manual dexterity, with the ability to walk, climb stairs and ladders, plus enter confined spaces
