Mechanical Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer you will contribute to the development of products by specification, architecture, design, mechanical calculations, technical budget analysis, integration and test execution of mechanical components or subsystems for one of our clients in the high tech or automotive industry. We are looking for Mechanical Engineers specialized in one or more stages of the Product Development Life Cycle.


• You have a BSc, MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics or another related field
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the industry, preferably in Automotive or High Tech
• You are well educated in the application of construction principles
• You have experience with 3D CAD modeling tools, preferably with Pro Engineer, Unigraphics or Solidworks
• You developed an ability to design concepts and a pragmatic attitude and capability to translate these concepts into practical designs that meet the specified requirements
• You have experience in Finite Element Modeling and other mechanical calculations
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink is a plus
• Knowledge about mechanical design for automotive (also heavy duty), defense, aerospace or special high tech machine parts is an asset
• Knowledge about precision mechanics and / or mechatronics is an asset as well

• You are fluent in English, Dutch is preferred
