Project Description

You master the art of listening, you can read between the lines and you can read people. You are fascinated by people and you get your biggest kick out of helping others. You are an outgoing person who easily talks to people from different backgrounds, you are openminded, not prejudiced and you love to work in an international context where you get to talk to people from all over the globe. What will you be doing when you join our team?

You will work in tandem with an experienced Account Manager. Based on the information about the job, the company and the profiles that you receive from the Account Manager, you engage with our BrightOwl community to find the best matches for the different jobs. You will spend a lot of time on the phone talking to candidates. When you have found suitable candidates, you communicate back to the Account Manager who will handle the commercial contacts with our customers (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device Companies). Based on the feedback from the Account Manager, you plan and execute further tests and interviews with candidates and you perfect your search until you have a match. In addition to this, you take care of the job postings on our platform and you follow up the online applications.

Desired Skills & Experience

You are entrepreneurial and flexible (we are a start-up company, we don’t really have job descriptions and sometimes people can only be reached outside the office hours so we need you to be able to manage your time independently). You have a strong commercial flair (you believe in what we are doing and your enthusiasm is very convincing). You are in it for the win, you won’t rest until you have created the best possible match on a job. You take ownership and you can work independently; you are assertive, not easily intimidated and not afraid to pick up the phone (you will get to speak to people in high level positions as well). You are fluent in English (in speaking and writing), knowledge of additional European languages is a big plus. You are a star in planning and organizing your work and you do not mind to spend your day in an office environment. If you have prior experience in recruitment and selection that is a plus. Affinity with the Life Sciences sector is a plus.
