Project Description

Lead development of individual on-label promotional materials and initiatives (print and digital)
Work effectively with sales force, sales management, and various other brand and internal cross functional team leaders in order to successfully develop and execute marketing programs to multiple myeloma health care professionals (hematologists/oncologists). Work cooperatively with the legal, medical and regulatory review committee for the approval of all materials for the product. Responsible for document control and archiving. Partners with the Kyprolis Field Advisors for Strategy and Training and Sales Training to optimize the development and utilization of promotional pieces. Ensure product compliance with US regulatory requirements. Closely manages & tracks budget. Develops and maintains project status report for department. Monitors competitive activity and integrates competitive intelligence into brand strategy. Tenaciously drives business/ commercial performance metrics

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or project management experience
OR
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or project management experience
OR
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of marketing or project management experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years marketing or project management experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years marketing or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Oncology and/or Hematology experience
Prior experience working with an ad agency
Demonstrated ability to partner with legal, medical and regulatory review teams sales and/or sales management experience
Demonstrated success in project management in a matrix environment
Proven ability to lead and influence cross functional teams with diverse backgrounds
Demonstrated ability to effectively produce business results in a dynamic environment
Excellent written, analytical and oral communication skills
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Documented track record of success
Demonstrated ability to analyze a business problem and develop appropriate strategy
Previous supervisory management experience
