Education: 
Bachelors or Master degree in Marketing or Bio mechanical Engineering  


Job description:   
  • support the work of the marketing team and executives on projects directed at promoting, evaluating and launching spine products; 
  • support marketing campaigns; 
  • support training and medical education programs in an administrative and logistic way; 
  • manage market survey questionnaires and make assessments; 
  • assist in preparing power point presentations; 
  • assist in organizing and supporting customer visits; 
  • support in organizing congresses and symposia; 
  • cover the administrative work related to working with consultants; 
  • support launch events, training events; 
  • support in setting up labs and hands-on training events within or outside the company; 
  • writing report and meeting minutes;  



Requirements   
  • Excellent organisational skills; 
  • Fluent in communication in English, optional German & Italian; 
  • Able to work both in team as on an individual basis; 
  • Problem solver; 
  • Able to work in Excel, PowerPoint; 
  • Prior work experience in the medical device industry preferred;
