Purpose

The Internal Marketing Communication Specialist role is to drive overall DAS business by enabling stakeholder awareness and utilization of Marketing programs, information, and reporting. This includes supporting internal product bulletins, information-sharing platforms, coordinating key meetings and budget exercises, and managing the monthly Marketing Operating Review process by consolidating, analyzing, and formatting updates.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Monthly Bulletin process for internal DAS product line communication; providing internal DAS stakeholders with an update of upcoming marketing and product activities that will help them in their business objectives.Implement continual monitoring and improvement of the process for optimal results
  • Manage marketing information sharing systems such as Sharepoint; evaluate and lead updated sharing programs as needed
  • Lead cross-DAS customer communication materials such as capability brochures and website content
  • Manage Monthly Operating Review update process including centralizing materials, formatting, and helping to provide some basic analysis and follow-up
  • Help support organization of cross-marketing initiatives such as meeting logistics and senior-level presentations
  • Manage creation of internal marketing communication initiatives which may include video or other tools
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed
     

Job Requirements :

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years’ marketing communications experience, preferably business-to-business and industry-related
  • Experience developing and executing internal status updates such as bulletins, newsletters, business status reports
  • Strong project management and data analysis skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to manage by influence
  • Strong commitment to and demonstration of the PerkinElmer Leadership Values
  • Strong team player, able to work across boundaries
  • Business understanding / awareness
  • Work under pressure and balance multiple priorities

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required – emphasis on Marketing preferred
