To strengthen our team within the Microsurgery strategic business unit, we are seeking as soon as possible a Market Development Manager Visualization (f/m) 


Your job    
  • responsible for understanding nascent market needs and business requirements in the development of a global, go-to-market strategy for the assigned product portfolio   
  • regularly analyze the global market, define and implement successful market access for our products   
  • develop target group-oriented product messaging and positioning for physicians, procurement managers and other HCP stakeholders according to identified market trends and company/business unit strategy   
  • drive product market launches and own the Global Product Launch Process 
  • conceptualize and implement a reproducible, globally-reaching key opinion leader program for defined business responsibility   
  • leverage market development initiatives including peer-to-peer strategy for industry events, scientific symposia, publications, white papers, customer testimonials and global sales and marketing meetings to drive customer mind share, market adoption and revenue performance   
  • define the strategic direction of communication initiatives and translate the global market development strategy into measureable initiatives to broaden market share and revenue performance   
  • act as a central touchpoint for external and internal partners, canalizing market feedback and new product implementations   


Our requirements    
  • successfully concluded studies in business/marketing /communication, health economics  or similar areas, MBA a plus 
  • at least 3-5 years professional experience in downstream market development/ product management/ strategic marketing or a comparable qualification   
  • demonstrated ability to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity 
  • excellent presentation, analytical and organizational skills with attention to details 
  • international mind-set and ability to work in multi-cultural teams   
  • willingness to learn with a strong personal drive 
  • high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 30%) 
  • very good command of business English, additional languages a plus
