Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Manager of Talent Management for our Human Resources Group.
  • The Manager of Talent Management will provide support for business partnering with the Director of Global Talent Management to drive developmental and educational programs and services, including leadership & management development, employee on-boarding, professional skills training (non-technical), management/executive coaching, team building, high-potential identification and development, input on joint strategies for performance management and employee development, and programmatic talent sourcing strategies.  
  • Ensure that all initiatives are designed to improve business performance, strengthen organizational capability and leverage best practices across the company to drive overall effectiveness.

Qualifications
The following are minimum requirements related to the Manager of Talent Management position.
  •   Bachelor’s degree (B.A/B.S.) or equivalent in talent management, organizational development, or related discipline.
  •   Minimum 5 years related talent management or related OD experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  •   An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
