Here, everyone matters and you will be a vital contributor to our inspiring, bold mission. As a Manager Business Intelligence & Analytics working on the Strategy team, you will be empowered to develop analytical strategies and influence decisions-making process, your main accountabilities will include:
  • Support in alignment and informed decision making within EM and Takeda leadership teams via preparation of materials, discussion documents, analysis and presentations
  • Work with other internal and/or external providers of intelligence, to ensure information / analytics requests at EM level are addressed promptly with high quality deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain dashboards to support senior leadership in managing Takeda EM performance, as well as tracking external environment (macro economy, geopolitical issues etc.)/competitor trends, opportunities and risks
  • Facilitating the monthly performance tracking meeting with Area executives as well as writing up the drafted monthly report based on the robust analysis
  • To provide performance analytics and insights working closely with the cross-functional EM teams to drive day-to-day insightful decision making (includes but not limited to, market analysis, primary market research, secondary data analysis, competitor intelligence and analytics, sales forecasting and financial analysis)
  • Ownership, development, managing the process and providing regular updates on key performance indicators / dashboards
  • Consolidating and interpreting multiple data sources (e.g., financials, market research, local country data, brand KPIs) to provide insightful summaries


  • Bachelor degree in Sciences or Business
  • At least 3 years work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry or Healthcare Consulting and/or demonstrate thorough understanding of specialty care
  • Advanced handling of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical expertise and conceptual capability
  • Experience in Sales Forecasting, Market Share Analysis for Pharmaceutical Products
  • Operational experience with Market Research and Competitor Intelligence for Pharmaceutical Products
  • Ability to extract, analyse, and consolidate data from different sources in clear and concise formats with rigor and high level of accuracy
