  •  As a result of reinforcement of the Regulatory & Pharmaceutical practice and teams we are now seeking a Management Assistant/PM Assistant   

Primary Responsibilities
 Assistant to R&P Division  
  • Handle all admin/secretarial duties, including setting up meetings, scheduling appointments travels, hotel, accommodation, maintaining calendar for the practice 
  • Arrange meetings, events and conferencing (telephone and video) 
  • Follow-up expenses  

Assistant to Project Managers
Support program managers and program management for: 
  • Preparation of bid grids 
  • Support for KPI and invoicing reports 
  • Any other administrative tasks in relation to project management  

  • Providing team and division managers support in administrative regulatory affairs tasks  

Candidate profile 
  • Education: Diploma of Higher Education in business management or administration or life science fields 
  • Experience: 2 years of work experience in administrative support of divisions or project managers in life science industry  

Key skills 
  • Excellent organisation skills. 
  • Savviness in Microsoft office, with a focus on excel skills (pivotal tables, functions and more advanced excel features) 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills 
  • You are fluent in English and French (spoken and written) for daily communication with local and international contacts
