Position: Maintenance Manager
Inviting experienced professionals in the field of maintenance to join our team for an upcoming plant at Panoli.
This position will be based out of Panoli and will report to the Technical Services Manager.
To participate in Detail engineering activities of the plan and then fully lead to sustain the plant condition at optimum level for better productivity.
Responsible for overall maintenance in mechanical and reliability of plant etc.
To lead in coordinating with other discipline like electrical and instruments.
To ensure compliance with HSE regulation, process safety, quality standards and company policies,
To ensure maintenance excellence, continuous improvement and innovation in department.
A successful candidate;
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
10-15 years of relevant with an organization of repute and successful track-record
Knowledge of equipment and industrial processes in a Chemical batch process plant
Hand on experience of various Rotating mechanics like Reactor, Centrifuge, Pumps, compressor and other equipment like vessels, piping, heat exchangers
Knowledge of Utility like Boiler, Hot oil unit, Air compressor and chiller is necessary
Knowledge on reliability, corrosion, materials & inspection would be preferred
Knowledge of TPM tools Pareto, failure analysis, FMECA, electricity & automation would be added advantage
