|The Procurement Consultant position provides the support for Product Research and Development (PRD) spend on materials and contract services for pre-commercial and clinical products in the large and small molecule pipeline. This role is responsible for working with primarily Product Delivery clients and develop and execute the sourcing strategies for clinical trial manufacturing, packaging, distribution, ancillary, comparator product and related services that enables the clients to deliver on their objectives. This candidate will lead the sourcing process from strategy development and supplier selection through contract and pricing negotiations and participating in ongoing supplier relationship management. This role requires strong working knowledge and experience with Lilly PRD operations and quality systems. The person in this position will closely with External Sourcing group in executing sourcing projects. |
