This role is responsible for supporting Talent Development activities, specifically corporate L&D programs for our global workforce. This role is the first point of contact for our employees for our L&D programs.
Training administration for corporate L&D programs including, but not limited to:
- Marketing of workshops
- Participant enrollment and tracking
- Manage HR’s L&D page via internal learning management system
- Manage all aspects of new hire orientation (NHO) including periodically facilitate NHO
The successful candidate must be strong in the following skills:
Attention to detail
Written and verbal skills
Role requires 2-5 years experience in a training administration or administrative role.
AA or BA preferred.
