This role is responsible for supporting Talent Development activities, specifically the corporate L&D programs for our global workforce. The successful candidate will be the face of corporate L&D to our employee population.


Training administration for corporate L&D programs including, but not limited to:

  • Marketing of workshops
  • Scheduling workshops and other L&D events
  • Participant enrollment and tracking
  • Liaising with our external L&D partners for logistical coordination
  • Managing and update HR’s L&D page on the LMS
  • Managing all aspects of new hire orientation (NHO) including periodically facilitate NHO


Required Skills:

  • 2-5 years in a training administration or administrative role
