This role is responsible for supporting Talent Development activities, specifically the corporate L&D programs for our global workforce. The successful candidate will be the face of corporate L&D to our employee population.
Training administration for corporate L&D programs including, but not limited to:
- Marketing of workshops
- Scheduling workshops and other L&D events
- Participant enrollment and tracking
- Liaising with our external L&D partners for logistical coordination
- Managing and update HR’s L&D page on the LMS
- Managing all aspects of new hire orientation (NHO) including periodically facilitate NHO
- 2-5 years in a training administration or administrative role

- AA or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
