The Opportunity:

 

 

As the company grows, we are seeking LASS in Singapore
 

The Responsibilities:

  • Defining the customer needs for a Lab Automation system in strong cooperation with the sales organization
  • Strong project management, business partnering skills and leadership skills.
  • Determine customer and business needs and using data to deepen understanding.
  • Manage implementation projects and to improve business processes.
  • Prepare, Install and Test system configurations at the customer site and responsible for the Operational Qualification.
  • Deep understanding medical laboratory environment
  • Deep understanding of IT Networks and being a Subject Matter Expert for IM Middleware and TCAutomation Application
  • Train customers and local support people
  • Strong excel skills and good skills in other MS Office programs
  • Fluent in English and preferable one or more other languages
  • Ability to travel up to 50 – 70 %

The Individual:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • PMI Project Management Certification or equivalent or ability to obtain.
  • Work with stakeholders worldwide required.
  • Interface with global teams of field engineers, support specialists and customers required.
  • Make support decisions on behalf of the global CTS Organization required.
  • Support service organization in emerging markets required.
  • Understanding of medical device/diagnostics industry required.
  • Familiar with service organizations required.
  • English language and preferable one or more other languages
