Your responsibilities
  • Support the office management team  and board member assistants, the CEO's office management in particular
  • Office organization and administration:
    • Reception and facility management
    • Coordination of meetings
    • Contact person for colleagues in-house
    • Hosting visitors and guests
    • Distribution of post, etc. 
  • Travel management and coordination 



Your profile
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience as a assistant or in a service minded business (e.g. hotel, tourism) 
  • High degree of flexibility and resilience 
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently 
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experienced usage of MS Office 
  • Excellent spoken and written skills in German and English
