IT Vendor Management Intern, Location: US Wilmington
As an IT Vendor Management intern you will work on many aspects of vendor management. You will work to perform data analysis. Including gathering, analyzing and presenting vendor related data. You will help identify opportunities for contract, vendor and process improvement. You will help set up and manage vendor governance meetings and reporting. You will help read and interpret vendor contracts and proposals. You will work with business partners to understand and improve vendor performance. You will report to our CRL IT Vendor Relationship Manager. Your work will strengthen your analysis, negotiation and general business skills and experience. You will build a close professional relationship through weekly meetings. Short term projects will help you understand your new work environment and co-workers. This will inspire ideas and develop new working relationships you can build on during your internship. You will also have one longer project to start within the first couple of weeks of your internship. We encourage independence and innovation throughout the program. It is through these long term projects, due at the end of the internship, that students will have the opportunity to flourish.

- Experience with data analysis, data management, and process improvement preferred but not required.

- Perform data analysis and management
- Analyze contract documents, spend reports, and SLA’s
- Contribute to departmental process improvement initiatives
- Perform all other duties as assigned
