Profile:
  • IT business computer science background 
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certified 
  • Ability to work independently and in a well-structured manner 
  • Reliable, dedicated, responsible personality 
  • Good understanding of numbers 
  • Very good communication skills in English and German 
  • Knowledge of customer service 
  • Experience with problem and incident management 
  • Ability to manage in a matrix environment 


Tasks:
  • Build and Maintain a Service Catalog for company Group IT 
  • Define a concept around SLA’s and supporting OLA’s 
  • Define KPI’s for the IT dashboard and create reports 
  • Help define processes and policies to support service items 
  • Support the Head of IT Switzerland in Root Cause Investigations 
  • Take ownership of the Total Cost of Ownership model 
  • Escalation Support 
  • Support IT as a Business Economist 
  • Lead improvements in Incident and Problem Tickets Process and System 
  • The post holder is required to perform activities within projects and undertake specific tasks that may be assigned by the supervisor
