LEO Pharma is facing extensive growth the coming years so we have an exciting strategy and run projects that support and develop an organisation of almost 5.000 employees in more than 60 countries.
As IT Controller in Global IT, you will be responsible for supporting the executives in the IT strategy development, its implementation and compatibility with operative management and business objectives. Your financial controlling include reporting on contract management, asset management and license management. The financial information is vital in decision-making processes.
We are running an IT transformation program over the coming years aiming for a state of the art outsourced IT environment. It will be your responsibility to make sure, that our financial controlling is in safe hands in a changing environment. You thereby play an important role in running a cost efficient global IT function.
You will on an ongoing basis have dialogues with key stakeholders in Global IT and connect with colleagues in Finance so that we deliver and cooperate in a timely and correct manner regarding budgets and rolling estimates.
You will be a part of an open and dynamic IT function where you are expected to create and impact how we run our IT controlling.
The main challenge in the nearest future is to build our financial controlling set up and make the operational controlling lean and safe so that we can work towards meeting our financial goals.
You have experience from a similar IT controlling position in an international organisation.
You thrive in a rapid changing environment and act as a change agent yourself.
From experience, you set a clear direction for IT controlling and you ensure that Global IT budgets run efficiently and that we meet the corporate financial administrative requirements.
You must be self driven, operational as well as strategic and have a strong business financial mind-set obtained through extensive hands on capabilities.
Your enthusiasm shows initiative by nature combined with a good sense of humour.
You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English and you master SAP financial modules.
