IT Client Support

You will join an international team of young & motivated IT specialists.  Based in our Leuven office you will have responsibilities as an IT System Administrator with full focus on client support.


  • Provide 1st level end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers and other hardware/software issues for onsite and remote users
  • Maintain and support accounts in Active Directory, telephony system and business applications
  • Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop hardware/software issues effectively in a timely manner


  • an IT-related BS degree or at least equivalent professional certificate is required
  • A first experience with Active Directory strategies and deployments including daily management tasks and group policy
  • Proficient in English and Dutch speaking, writing and reading
  • Experience in providing client support – Laptops, desktops, printers etc. (based on Windows OS). End user minded.
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking and ability to diagnose problems in the client environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills: ability to diagnose the cause of problems in a complex environment and to provide effective solutions quickly
  • Hands on experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge and experience with virtualization technologies preferred
  • Able to work independent, yet being a good team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to resolve issues in a timely and structured manner
  • Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
