International Customer Support Coordinator
In this position you will support the sales functions at upstream and downstream level and also supervise the order to cash activities in the European group companies (order processing, invoicing) as well as the tender/order follow up activities for distributor markets.

Your tasks

  • Provide responsive and reliable internal and external customer service: Act as a link between Sales in the field and HQ departments
  • Provide basic technical support & troubleshooting to group companies
  • Overview order to cash processes both in SAP and local ERP’s
  • Follow up accuracy of customer data base in our system (SFDC)
  • Optimize and maintain order to cash and sales processes/work instructions
  • Organize and execute internal and external trainings

Your profile

  • Education in business administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a complex and fast paced environment
  • Diplomatic personality with strong focus and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in a goal oriented way
  • Strong SAP skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
  • Proficient in English, any additional languages are an asset
