Interim Student Assistant for Internal Communications

We are searching for organised and detail oriented interim student assistants in Internal Communication for helping with the migration of LEO Pharma’s intranet.

Job description

You will be a part of a team of approximately 6 student assistants working together with colleagues from all departments of LEO Pharma. The job is both teamwork and independent work, and requires you to be organised and comply with deadlines. You will be working with migrating our intranet to a new platform, including producing new content, editing text and communicate with different stakeholders in the organisation. Some of the work will be characterized by routines, so it’s important that you can motivate yourself in these kinds of tasks.   

The period for the position is 4 weeks from week 30-33 (24/7-18/8). The position is expected to be 37 hours a week.


  • You are at least at your 2nd year of your bachelor.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English both written and verbal.
  • You are a competent user of Excel and preferably have knowledge within communication technologies, backend systems and Office 365.
  • You are detail oriented, quality-conscious and able to handle several tasks at a time.
  • You are engaged and motivated to contribute to a busy team.
  • You are able to communicate with people at all levels and from all parts of the organisation.
