AutoReqId 32830 Title iNext Customer Service Agent, Italy City cork State / Province Cork Country Ireland Company Overview The Global Business Solutions (GBS) Center at Cork was established in July 2010 to provide financial shared services such as Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, General Accounting and Global Travel and Meeting services. Since then, the scope of GBS Cork has expanded outside of Finance and into other Business Service functions (Customer Meeting Services, Global HR Data Management, Medical Information Services, Global Customer Operations). The current headcount is circa 380 multi-lingual employees and was awarded CIMA International Shared Service Centre of the Year in 2013 and 2014, with particular credit to Employee Engagement. Responsibilities Ensure Compliance to our Sox and Business Control environmentMonitor and Review iNext Operations across EMEA on a daily basisDevelop an expert level of technical and business knowledge of Concur systemRespond to and address all Tier 1 iNext queries from customersPost Pay Audit analysis and reportingCredit Card AdministrationReview and update process flows and SOPs as requiredIn depth knowledge of financial policies and proceduresPrepare & action monthly iNext metricsLiaise with affiliates re local travel policies and receipt retentionInitiate and deliver on proposals to management for process improvement solutionsRaise technical issues to appropriate IT teams and monitor same. 32830BR Basic Requirements: Education and Experience Accounting/Finance degree (Undergraduate or Masters as required for certification)Part Qualified or Qualified CPA, Chartered accountant or equivalentNative language capabilities in ItalianStrong finance experience with audit focusStrong experience in 3rd party relationship building & monitoringStrong working knowledge of a Sox environment and related controlsDemonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.)Multi-task and prioritize responsibilitiesStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent relationship skills as will deal with various levels of personnel in Lilly s Financial organization, Affiliate organization, third party service providers, and external auditorsKnowledgeable of SAP detailed transactions as required for job Additional Skills/Preferences 2 years SSC  Financial experienceGAAP / IFRS accounting standards knowledgeSelf-starter, high learning agilityAbility to influence at all levels without direct authorityExperience working in a high production, deadline driven environmentPresentation and training skillsIdentify process improvement opportunities and experience with lean and Six SigmaCREATE, PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE: Build Strong Working Relationships with:BPO Business PartnersIBM for technical supportLocal Controllers and accountants for assigned affiliates iNext GPOOther GBS functions: GA, P2P, O2C, etc. Troubleshooting for:SAP Interfaces and disbursements processes Other responsibilities:Create and present training materials to Affiliates on Concur system as deemed appropriateAbility to understand, implement and review new/updated accounting rules, policies and allowances as requiredEnsure compliance to Global Design and Best practice, unless deviations are necessary for legal or regulatory reasons.
